Ten years inside NetSuite — partner-side and customer-side. Came out of accounting and financial information systems before he was a developer, which is why the practice covers the parts most consultancies hand off: SuiteScript and SDF, RESTlet and SuiteApp authoring, Israeli and US localization, multi-book accounting, ARM/ASC 606, and the AI layer. Leads architecture across the active client portfolio. Speaker at Israel CFO Connect 2026 and host of the CFO Painkillers roundtable series.
NetSuite, integrations,
and AI —
under one roof.
An engineer-led NetSuite practice for finance teams tired of three vendors and one missing piece. Ten years of NetSuite depth on the bench. Active across 30+ finance teams in cyber, fintech, real-estate tech, and SaaS. Multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-book by default.
Trusted by Industry Leaders
Three pillars.
One firm.
Hands-on implementation, productized modules that ship, and team enablement — run by senior engineers who write the SuiteScript themselves, not handed to a junior bench.
The team behind the work.
Two founders, engineer-led, AI-native. Every engagement runs through us — no hand-offs, no junior consultants.

NetSuite ↔ Salesforce
Bi-directional sync built on SuiteTalk — Sales Order creation, custom field mapping, conflict resolution, sandbox-vs-production data hygiene. Recently replaced hand-edited CSV imports with direct SuiteTalk SO creation at a US cyber-sec scale-up, before quarter-end.
Initial Implementation
Multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-book by default. Chart of accounts with segment strategy; localization (Israeli, US, EU); subsidiary and intercompany model; executable UAT; production cutover. Recently delivered a UK + Israel + Ltd cutover, co-implemented with a Big-Four firm.
Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
ARM configuration and validation for SaaS billing. Source-transaction behavior, revenue arrangement creation rules, and recognition under SO → Invoice → Credit Memo flows. Recent: short concentrated ARM engagement for a SaaS — validated ARM behavior in production, including approval-flow upstream redesign.
Fractional NetSuite Architecture
Architectural oversight without a full-time NetSuite hire. Bi-weekly retainer cadence; technical-debt audit; growth-phase planning; vendor relationship management; thought-partnership for system decisions. Used today across multiple SaaS finance teams.
Data Warehouse & BI Bridge
High-speed data pipeline bypassing NetSuite reporting limits. Snowflake / BigQuery destination, ELT orchestration, PowerBI / Tableau connectivity. Grounded in real BI evaluation + Snowflake deployment work across multiple clients.
NetSuite MCP Tool Library
A library of MCP-protocol tools that lets any LLM operate NetSuite: saved-search CRUD, SuiteQL with persistent results, workbook analytics, FX payments, VAT reconciliation, revenue-element merging, CSV import with dynamic mapping, vendor-bill OCR, journal entry creation, and SDF customization — with audit trails.
File Bridge SuiteApp
REST file operations replacing sunsetted SOAP SuiteTalk. v1 endpoints: files (upload/download/list/metadata/delete/move/rename), attachments, folders. SDN/SuiteApp packaged with audit log and minimal-permission integration role. OAuth 2.0 only.
Ramp ↔ NetSuite
Vendor mapping, exchange-rate and USD-amount field validation, withholding-tax handling, pro-forma VAT tracking, multi-currency reconciliation. Productized from real post-go-live Ramp workstreams that surfaced edge cases the off-the-shelf connector missed.
Israeli Localization Bundle
MASAV / EFT payment file generation, VAT freezing strategy, allotment numbers, Form Yod-Aleph, multi-book ILS + US GAAP, Top Group / Netlier-specific configurations. Used today at multiple Israeli SaaS and US/EU companies with Israeli subsidiaries.
Bank-File Integrations (Citi / HSBC, BAI2 / CAMT)
DFT, EFT, Book Transfer; BAI2 and CAMT inbound statement reconciliation; Penny Testing before production go-live; SFTP profile maintenance for auto + manual paths. Most recently: Citi + HSBC payment go-live at an Israeli med-tech.
Revenue Health Check (ASC 606) — roadmap
Multi-element arrangement audit, off-system tracking risk identification, ASC 606 / IFRS 15 compliance review, audit-ready reporting package. The underlying capability is real from live ARM engagements; the productized "health check" packaging is in design.
Revaluation Health Check — roadmap
Multi-currency FX revaluation, CTA balance correction, JPY / ILS / EUR cross-deployment, intercompany elimination. Real engagement work grounds this; the packaged "health check" is being productized.
What our clients say.
Trusted by finance teams, IT leaders, and operations managers to deliver real results with NetSuite and enterprise automation.
We partnered with Avishai and InvoQ Technologies for a complex NetSuite environment that demanded more than standard configuration. Avishai brings a rare combination of deep knowledge and extreme flexibility. He bridges the gap between financial strategy and technical execution by applying out-of-the-box thinking to difficult integration challenges. Where others say 'it can't be done,' InvoQ Technologies builds high-leverage automation that actually works. They proactively mitigate technical debt while prioritizing clarity and action. Highly recommended.
