Ten years inside NetSuite — partner-side and customer-side. Came out of accounting and financial information systems before he was a developer, which is why the practice covers the parts most consultancies hand off: SuiteScript and SDF, RESTlet and SuiteApp authoring, Israeli and US localization, multi-book accounting, ARM/ASC 606, and the AI layer. Leads architecture across the active client portfolio. Speaker at Israel CFO Connect 2026 and host of the CFO Painkillers roundtable series.
NetSuite, from a senior team with ten years of receipts — now incorporated in Cyprus.
Invoq is the Cyprus continuation of a boutique NetSuite practice that's been live since 2016 and incorporated in Limassol in May 2026. We do the technical, financial, and AI layers most NetSuite consultancies hand off to three different vendors. We work with finance teams tired of explaining their stack to a fresh consultant every quarter.
Built by people who've done the work.
The practice started in 2016 — Avishai consulting on NetSuite first inside an implementation partner, then customer-side, then both. It grew up taking the engagements where the customer wanted one team for NetSuite, the integrations on either side of it, the financial fluency to read the close, and now the AI layer that's reshaping all three. Invoq is the Cyprus-domiciled continuation: the same engineer-led delivery model, the same active customer base, plus a Cyprus operating base for the Mediterranean and EU market and the runway to grow the team beyond a single architect.
Senior engineers lead every engagement — including writing the SuiteScript, configuring the workflows, and showing up for month-end when month-end matters. Ella runs delivery operations end-to-end so engagements stay scoped and on time. No layered teams, no junior consultants assigned post-sale — that's not a positioning gimmick, it's the operating constraint that makes the work good as we grow.
Where we land in an engagement: deliver the system, document thoroughly, transfer knowledge, and either step back (one-time implementation) or step into a structured retainer cadence (the model 60–70% of clients eventually choose). What we don't do is invent ongoing work to justify a footprint.
Four principles.
Who you'll work with.
