AP that lives inside your NetSuite.
Capture reads your vendor bills, codes them, routes approvals and posts them to NetSuite. No new system to log into and no data warehouse in the middle.
Built by the InvoQ practice, from work across 30+ NetSuite finance teams.

Why Capture
Your data stays in NetSuite.
Bills, source documents, approvals and the audit trail live in your own NetSuite account. We keep no copy. Your auditors look in one place.
Built for Israeli and multi-entity finance.
Reads the Israeli allocation number (מספר הקצאה) off the invoice and writes it to the bill. Multi-currency and multi-subsidiary in OneWorld, with tax codes applied per line and learned per vendor.
AI that asks before it acts.
The agent proposes vendor, coding and PO match, and shows how confident it is. You set the confidence bar and rules by vendor or amount. Anything below the bar or carrying a flag waits for a human.
How it works
Bills arrive by email, upload or the vendor portal.
AI extracts vendor, lines, tax, PO and allocation number, and highlights low-confidence or inconsistent fields for review.
Your approval rules route each bill by email or Slack, with no NetSuite seat needed. High-confidence bills from known vendors flow straight through. Exceptions go to the right person.
Bills post to NetSuite with the original invoice attached and a full trail of who approved, when, and through which channel.
Vendors sign in with a one-time code to submit invoices and update their details, including bank changes that your team verifies before anything reaches the ledger. That means fewer “did you get my invoice?” emails.

FAQ
Is this a NetSuite SuiteApp?
Capture runs natively inside your NetSuite account. It's deployed as a SuiteCloud project and writes directly to bills, vendors and approvals. Nothing connects in from outside.
Where is our data processed?
Each document is sent to an OCR API over an encrypted connection to extract its data, then stored only in your NetSuite File Cabinet. We keep no copy on our side.
Do you replace NetSuite's native bill capture?
You can use it instead. Capture adds approval policies, a vendor portal, Israeli allocation-number capture and an audit trail designed for multi-entity finance teams.
What does it cost?
Design partners get founding pricing. Talk to us.
