Overview
Most Salesforce ↔ NetSuite integrations break down at the same place: a hand-edited CSV pipeline that nobody fully owns. We replace that with a logic-driven direct push from Salesforce into NetSuite via SuiteTalk — handling multi-currency, custom revenue recognition rules, sandbox-vs-production hygiene, and the post-booking changes that turn a clean dataset into a discrepancy. Recently shipped at a US cyber-sec scale-up, before quarter-end.

The Challenge
Sales was exporting Salesforce data as hand-edited CSV, then importing to NetSuite via Import Files — including custom fields like `Revenue Started`. Internal devs had Postman examples but could not get from CSV to JSON. Closed opportunities were being edited downstream, creating booking discrepancies.
The Solution
Phase 1: skip CSV entirely; push directly from Salesforce → NetSuite via SuiteTalk to create Sales Orders. Designed a minimal-role model (Admin / Controller / Bookkeeper / View-only) running in parallel. Sandbox vs. production data hygiene fix during validation.
